  • Weekly rate: $1000 + 7% tax
  • Nightly rate: $200 + 7% tax
  • Mid-week rate (Sunday night - Friday morning):

$875 + 7% tax

• Towels and linens included

• $200 security deposit, due with booking deposit, refunded within 2 weeks of departure

• 50% deposit due upon booking

• Balance due 60 days before arrival
