• WINTER RATES (December - March)

  • Weekly rate: $1300 + 7% tax
  • Nightly rate: $225 + 7% tax (2 night minimum)
  • Mid-week rate (Sunday night - Friday morning):

$900 + 7% tax

• Towels and linens included

• $200 security deposit, due with booking deposit, refunded within 2 weeks of departure

• 50% deposit due upon booking

• Balance due 60 days before arrival

• Rental agreement with specifics will be provided upon booking or at your request
